1. Warranty Coverage

BeeHumm provides warranty support only for genuine cases of damaged or defective products.

To claim warranty, customers must provide:

  • Clear images and videos of the product showing the issue
  • Order details (Order ID, date of purchase, etc.)

2. Verification Process

  • Once a request is submitted, our team will review the provided proof
  • If the issue is found to be valid and genuine, we will approve the claim
  • If the proof is insufficient or the issue is not genuine, the warranty claim will be rejected

3. Resolution

  • For approved cases, we will provide a replacement product
  • Replacement is subject to product availability
  • If the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative or suitable resolution

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Warranty will not be provided in the following situations:

  • No proper images/videos are provided
  • Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Claims made without sufficient proof

5. Claim Timeline

  • Warranty claims must be raised within a reasonable time after delivery (recommended within 3–7 days)

6. Our Discretion

All warranty approvals are subject to BeeHumm’s verification and decision based on the evidence provided.
